Dr. Michael Albert is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He specializes in family practice and geriatrics, and he has treated patients in the central Mississippi area for over 30 years.
Dr. Albert is passionate about helping people and has donated his time and resources to international medical missions since 1980. Specifically in Honduras and Ukraine, he and his teams provide free medical care to villagers otherwise unable to seek medical attention, as well as provide an opportunity for villagers to hear the gospel of Christ.
He is a longtime member of Park Place Baptist Church, where he and his wife of 30 years teach first grade Sunday School. Dr. Albert has four adult daughters, two grand-dogs, and is a huge Ole Miss fan.
Dr. Albert was raised by a single mother in rural Northern Mississippi where he saw first-hand the need for better healthcare in areas of low population. He is committed to giving each of his patients personalized care and continually meeting their healthcare needs, and he is proud to be your hometown doctor.
