Telephone Calls
At Rankin Rural, we strive to answer every telephone call and respond to messages as quickly as possible, while placing priority on patients which are being seen at that time in the clinic. Please allow us up to 1 business day to return your calls and provide medication refills. Refill requests made after 3 pm will not be submitted until the following business day.

Payments
At Rankin Rural, we follow federal guidelines for Rural Health clinics which require co-pays and past due balances to be received prior to being seen. We accept cash and most major credit cards.
We also understand that medical billing and amounts paid by insurance differ with each individual and are happy to answer any billing questions as well as provide payment plans when needed. Feel free to call our office at 769-233-7141 or come by in person with any questions.
