About Us
Rankin Rural Medical Clinic is a locally owned healthcare provider dedicated to serving the Central MS community since 2012. We are conveniently located across Highway 49 from Walmart and tucked behind the Sonic at 129 Center St. Suite B. Richland, MS 39218.

Hours & Appointments
To best serve our patients, Rankin Rural is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, with our last appointment time at 3:45 pm. On Fridays, we are open from 8 am to 12 pm, with our last appointment scheduled for 10:45 am.
Messages & Refills
At Rankin Rural, our dedicated team of nurses and patient care coordinators check messages daily and will respond within 24 hours or one business day. In keeping with our prescription refill policy, please allow 48 hours for your message to be received and the prescription to be sent.
